Hotel Citta Dei Mille Bergamo

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the 24h reception were extremely friendly and helpful, both during the day and night shifts. The room I stayed in had a comfortable king-sized bed and was kept clean every day. The hotel's location near the train station and close to the city center was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel had a small free parking for guests, which was a bonus. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options, including local food. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation accessibility, breakfast, and the helpfulness of the staff.

For us, it was ideal.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with window shades that allow for a restful sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including a welcome panetone cake and small sparkling wine for special occasions. The common areas are nicely decorated and there is parking available right outside the hotel.

The views of the old town are only visible from the top story rooms, which may be disappointing for some guests.

From the moment we checked in, they were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the breakfast served at the hotel was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, as it was conveniently close to both the airport and train station, making it easy for us to explore the area.

It felt cramped and claustrophobic, especially with the wooden paneling.

The attention to detail is evident in the recently renovated, clean rooms. The breakfast is a standout, with a variety of tasty local food options served.

All was fine; there is no negative aspect to mention.
